Private Messages
Private Messages are just like regular
SMSs, except you can also view them on web after logging in (if
you have a web account on Pring). To send a private message to
anyone, send .name+msg or M+name+msg or D+name+msg. Let's say
you want to send a private message to a friend of yours on Pring,
Hasan, you can do so in the following three ways:

Comments
(Zong Users) - To
comment on a status update via cell, simply send your comment as
a Reply to that status update by selecting "REPLY"
from the sms options menu. So, for instance if you received the
following update:
What's
the program for tonight?
From 232341, then to
comment on this update simply go to your sms options menu,
select "Reply" and send your comment
from there. Or if you want to use the "Write
Message" option of your mobile, then write your
comment and send it to 232341 (the shortcode
from where you received the aforementioned update)
(Other Users) - To
comment on a status update via cell, append the unique update
handle appearing at the end of the status update, at the
beginning of your comment. For example, to comment on the
following status update:

Once you comment on a status, you
become a part of that status i.e. you receive all the comments
on that status on your cell phone from then on.
ABOUTME
Tell us about yourself by sending
ABOUTME+text. For example to set your 'about me' text as,
"I am 18 yrs old, and I live in DHA, Lahore" send:

This text will be sent to anyone who
sends WHOIS+yourname
ALLOW
To allow a follow request sent to you
by a pringer, send ALLOW+username. For example to accept the
follow request by the pringer Ali_1, send:

BLOCK
Someone is bugging you on Pring? You
can silence them by sending BLOCK+name. For example to block
Haseeb, send:
block

The blocked users can not send you
follow requests or private messages; they can not view or
comment on your status updates; and their status updates will
also be hidden from you.
DEFAULT
Send default
to set your privacy settings to default. Default privacy
settings are as follows:
Who can
see my Prings: Anyone
Who can comment on my Prings: Only people I follow
Who can Private Message me: My followers whom I follow
Who can follow me: Anyone
FOLLOW, ADD
You receive prings (updates) from
anyone you follow. You can follow anyone by sending ADD+name or
FOLLOW+name. For example to follow Ali_1's prings (updates) on
Pring send:

Your prings (updates) are broadcasted
to all the users who follow you, and you receive all the prings
(updates) of the users whom you follow.
WHOIS, INFO
Find out about someone by sending
WHOIS+name or INFO+name. For example to know about Adnan send:
whois

INVITE
Send INVITE+number and we will send an
invitation to the number to join Pring on your behalf. For
example to invite Umar (cell no. 03131234567) to join Pring
send:

Or to invite more than one friends to
Pring with a single command send:

MUTE
To stop receiving updates from Pring
for a particular period (everyday), send Mute+from_time-to_time.
For example if you don't want to receive updates from Pring
between 11:00pm to 7:00am, send:
mute

You can view your mute timings by
sending mute
You can also turn mute off by sending mute
off
NAME
You can change your name by sending
NAME+new_name. For example to change your name from adnan_khan
to adnan_k send:

You will have to reply with the
confirmation code (being sent to you after sending 'name adnan_k')
to confirm the name change.
STOP, QUIT, OFF
Send STOP
or QUIT
or OFF
to stop receiving updates (messages) from Pring. You can resume
the service later by sending START

to resume the service. This is needed if you have stopped the

PRING, POKE
Haven't heard from someone in a long
time? Pring them by sending PRING+name or POKE+name. For example
to poke Hasan send:

PRIVACY
You can set your privacy settings by
sending privacy.
A 'privacy' wizard will be initiated upon sending PRIVACY. To
complete the 'privacy' wizard you will have to answer the
following four questions regarding your privacy preferences:

Who can Private Message me
Who can follow me
PRIVATE
Send private
to set your privacy settings to private. Preferences for private
settings are as follows:
Who can
see my Prings: My followers whom I follow
Who can comment on my Prings: My followers whom I
follow
Who can Private Message me: My followers whom I follow
Who can follow me: Anyone I allow
PUBLIC
Send public
to set your privacy settings to public. Preferences for public
settings are as follows:
Who can
see my Prings: Anyone
Who can comment on my Prings: Anyone
Who can Private Message me: Anyone
Who can follow me: Anyone
UNBLOCK
If you have accidentally blocked
someone, you can unblock them by sending UNBLOCK+name. For
example to unblock Haseeb send:

STAT, STATS
Send STAT+username to find out the
stats for the total number of followers, prings, and people
followed by that person. For example to find out Hasan's stats
send:

You can also check out your own stats
by sending stat

TRACK, TRACKS, TRACKING
Send TRACK+word oe TRACK+#word to
receive all the latest public prings containing that word. For
example to track the word 'entertainment' send:
track
#entertainment
After tracking
"entertainment" you will receive all the public prings
containing the word "#entertainment".
To view the list of all the words your are tracking send tracks
or tracking
You can also turn 'track' off or on by sending track
off or track

UNFOLLOW, LEAVE
Send DELETE+name or DEL+name
UNFOLLOW+name or LEAVE+name to stop following anyone. For
example to stop following prings (updates) from Haseeb send:
delete

UNSUB
Send unsub
to delete your account (you will have to reply with the
confirmation code being sent to you after sending 'unsub' to
confirm account deletion). You can still be invited to join the
service by your friends. To join again, send HELLO.
UNTRACK
To untrack any word send UNTRACK+word
or UNTRACK+#word. For example to stop receiving updates
containing the word 'entertainment' send:
untrack
entertainment
You can also clear your complete 'track
words' list by sending untrack
all
ZABAAN, ENGLISH, URDU
With zabaan command you can choose
between different languages (currently English and Roman Urdu
only) as the default language for receiving Pring responses
To set your language as English send ENGLISH
To set your language as Urdu send URDU
To know your language setting send ZABAAN
REPORT
With report command you can report a
user on Pring - Someone is spamming, harassing or doing anything
else to upset you via Prings...Send REPORT+user_name+reason.
Lets say you want to report a user named ali on Pring who is
constantly bugging you on Pring send:
