Sandwich Recipe in Urdu
8 slices of Sandwich Buns or White Bread (toasted)
4 Eggs
4 slices of Processed American Cheese
2 tsp. Butter
2 tbsp. Mayonnaise
2 tbsp. Tomato Ketchup
Salt (to taste)
Black Pepper (Pisi Kaali Mirch) (to taste)
Method:
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium high heat. Crack eggs in pan & cook to desired firmness. Just before eggs are cooked, place a slice of cheese over each egg.
After cheese has melted, place each egg on a toasted slice of bread. Season eggs with salt & pepper. Spread mayonnaise & ketchup on remaining slices of bread & cover eggs with bread to make 4 sandwiches. Serve warm.
